Do you charge planning fees?

Yes, for certain trips.
For more complex itineraries, customized planning services, or multi-destination travel, a professional planning fee may apply. Fees are always discussed and approved before any research begins.

How are you compensated?

I am compensated in two ways:
• Supplier commissions (paid by travel partners after travel is completed)
• Professional planning fees (for certain trip types)

Are prices higher when booking through a travel advisor?

Travel pricing is determined by suppliers and can vary based on booking channel, package structure, and promotions. My role is to help you navigate options, provide expertise, and manage the details of your trip.

Why should I use a travel advisor instead of booking online?

Working with a travel advisor provides:

• Personalized recommendations
• Ongoing support
• Help navigating changes or disruptions
• Time savings
Online booking engines do not provide advocacy or trip management support.

Do you book flights?

Flight booking assistance is available for select itineraries. For certain destinations, I may provide guidance while clients book flights directly.

What destinations do you specialize in?

I specialize in Disney destinations, cruises, and curated vacation experiences. While I may assist with other travel, my focus is on delivering high-quality, well-supported trips in the destinations I know best.

How long does it take to receive a proposal?

Timing depends on the scope and complexity of the trip. After our consultation and completion of any required planning fee, proposals are typically delivered within 24–48 hours.

What happens after I submit a quote request?

After reviewing your request, we will schedule a consultation call. Based on the scope of your trip, next steps will be outlined, which may include a planning fee before research begins.

Can you help if something goes wrong during my trip?

If issues arise before or during travel, I will assist in coordinating with suppliers whenever possible. Please note that some matters must be handled directly between the traveler and the supplier, particularly once travel has commenced or upon arrival at a property.

Is travel insurance required?

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips. Coverage options will be provided and explained prior to booking. An insurance acknowledgment is required for every reservation, regardless of trip size.
